Meet the Artist: Lua ✨

We teamed up with the incredibly talented Lua (@luardraws) for this collab. She brought these Shatter Me trilogy characters to life with her dreamy style (I mean, having you seen how she draws HAIR?) —and as a fellow Brazilian, this collab felt extra special to both of us 💖

Here’s a little bit from Lua herself:

"Hello, my name is Lua and I've been working with book character illustration for about 3 years now. I've loved drawing since I was a child (when my ultimate dream was to work at Disney), but I only started taking art seriously when the pandemic arrived. With a lot of free time, I was able to read and draw more often, until I took courage (really, it took a lot of courage!! I'm kind of shy when it comes to talking about the things I draw, and to this day few friends know about this area of my life) and decided to create an Instagram account to share what I was doing, my art evolved and today, even though I still have a lot to learn, I can say that I'm very proud of it.
Lastly, I'm really loving doing this collab with Fernanda! Shatter Me was a book series that marked me, so it's great to be back in this world 🥹💗"
