Shipping policy

At Bookish Queen, we do our best to get your magical bookish goodies to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find all the details about where we ship, how it works, and what to expect.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide! Our small shop is based in the U.S., but our products have traveled to book lovers across the globe.

♥ Stickers & Bookmarks are handmade and shipped internationally from the U.S. via regular letter mail (no tracking) with a flat rate of $1.65 USD.
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 weeks, depending on your location and local postal services.

♥ Apparel (sweatshirts, T-shirts, etc.) is currently available to ship to: Canada, Europe, Oceania and Brazil.

Apparel is shipped directly from our print partners from the U.S. and Europe, so depending on your location and order quantity you might receive multiple packages.

Processing Time

We typically ship within 1-7 days and 5-7 days for shipment within the U.S., and up to 30 days for international orders.

During busy launch weeks or holiday seasons, please allow a little extra time as everything is packed with care by "one-person show".

Shipping Confirmation

For tracked packages (like apparel), you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

For untracked mail (like stickers and bookmarks), tracking is not available unless you upgrade shipping option at checkout, but we’ll notify you when your order ships.

International Orders & Customs

We’re proud to have readers all over the world, but please be aware of the following:

♥ Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in your country.

♥ We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
