BEFORE ORDERING

Stickers and Bookmarks ships in 1-3 days. Clothing ships in 3-5 days.

Stickers and Bookmarks are shipped internationally in a regular Letter Mail with no tracking and flat rate of $1.65. Estimate delivery is about 2-4 weeks.

Yes! When you buy more than 5 products use code "BUNDLEUP5" and 20% will be applied at checkout.

We are based in the United States. Stickers and Bookmarks ship from New York. For clothing, we partner with a printer partner to produce and ship directly to our customers. Because of this, items may come from different locations either on the east and west coast. If your order has stickers/bookmarks + clothing items, you will receive two separate shipments.

We offer free shipping for US orders over $15 via USPS First-Class Mail Letter and these are not eligible for tracking numbers. If you would like a traceable tracking number, please upgrade at checkout for USPS Standard Ground Shipment. For International orders we offer a flat-rate of $1.65 with no traceable tracking.

CLOTHING

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items. We recommend hanging your new shirt to dry or laying it flat to dry. If you choose to use a dryer, please dry inside out on the lowest setting as continued exposure to heat can degrade the print.

Our clothing designs are printed directly to the shirts in a process known as DTG (direct-to-garment) printing. We find that direct garment printing is one of the longest-lasting printing processes that allow for the widest range of colors on a shirt. You don’t have to worry about the design cracking or peeling with wear or washing like vinyl-based products.

This vinegar-like smell is totally harmless and will dissipate when the shirt is removed from the package and will completely disappear after a wash. The smell is due to the solution used to make the design ‘stick’ to the shirt via the DTG printing process.

Absolutely! All of our pre-made designs come on a unisex tee, but if you are interest we can offer a “Custom Option” collection with additional colors and style options. Choosing a new style may increase the price of the item, this is due to the additional work for preparing the new item with our priunter partner. If you would like to proceed with a different color/style – please reach out via email. Please do not purchase the regular shirt listing and put a customization request in the order notes. We do not want to inadvertently miss your customization request in the note section of the regular listing! Please understand that our designs are made with the shirt color in mind, so it may take some design changes to make it work on your requested color. We do not upcharge these customizations, but please check your email in case we need to contact you about your custom requests.

STICKERS

E-Readers, Laptops, TBR Carts and Waterbottles are perfect for our products, but you can use your creativity anywhere!

Make sure the area is clean (alcohol preffered) and your bottle has a smooth surface. If your bottle has a rough texture the sticker won't stick properly. A "long" sticker is better placed vertically.

We use high quality vynil and professional lamination in all our stickers.

All our finishes except the Silver Holographic are Waterproof.

If you purchase a sticker that has a Matte or Glossy effect YES, they are weather, UV and Waterproof. We also offer custom sizes if you need a specific design in s bigger size.

COLLABS

We try to offer monthly collabs with artists in the bookish community as a way to support fanart and create collectible exclusive items for the fandom. It's a great way to support an artist that brings our beloved characters to life (usually for free). Artist receive a generous royalty of 20% over sale price.

Yes, we partner with various other shops, bloggers, YouTubers, and bookstagrammers in promotions on occasion. However, we usually do not send out free products alone. ORDERS ISSUES

Please contact us at info@geekyqueen.com ASAP with the correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped, we will be able to change it. In the event it has already shipped, Geeky Queen is not responsible for extra shipping costs or product replacement costs, we are only able to ship to the exact address you provide us. If the package is returned to us, we will reach out to get a corrected address and will ship to the new address at the cost of the customer. Any unclaimed returns will be absorbed back into the stock 30 days after being returned and will not be eligible for reshipment or refund.

We ship very quickly. For stickers and Bookmarks reach out to us at info@geekyqueen.com as soon as possible and if your order is not shipped yet we will be able to cancel. If you ordered clothing, we do not accept cancelations because our products usually start production very quickly after receiving it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Absolutely, please contact us at info@geekyqueen.com and provide us with your name and order number and we will look into what went wrong. While we send you a shipping confirmation when we send them out, sometimes things happen in transit. We are happy to help! Our free shipping option doesn't include a tracking number. If you would like a traceable order please upgrade at checkout. We ask that you bring any lost mail to our attention within 90 days of the mail date. Outside of that, we cannot work to replace or reimburse your lost package. If your item was marked as delivered, but it is not there, it is the responsibility of the recipient to work with the post office for a resolution. In the event, it was misdelivered and we need to file a reimbursement claim, we must do so within 30 days of the delivery date.

Because we do not keep an active stock of products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with our order due to an error or quality concern please contact us at info@geekyqueen.com and we will be happy to help.

Oh no! We strive to only produce quality products but sometimes things can slip through the cracks or be damaged in shipping. Please contact us and include photos to better help us understand what is wrong. Issues must be brought to our attention within 30 days of delivery. We appreciate your patience as we work to make it right.

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD FILINGS

If a chargeback, PayPal claim, or fraud filing on a GeekyQueen purchase is initiated by a customer for any reason, GeekyQueen reserves the right to refuse service to that customer in the future. Unfortunately, many bad people use these tactics to scam businesses out of products and money and these actions severely harm small businesses and cause great financial stress to the point of forcing some to close permanently. Chargebacks and fraud filings come with their own $20-$30 non-refundable fee as well as causing the business to lose the order value, and the item itself, additionally, enough of these cause a payment provider to no longer work with a business. Because of the implications of these actions, once these actions are taken, GeekyQueen will block a customer from ordering from both our website and Etsy based on a customer’s IP address, CC info, and personal information. This ban will last indefinitely. Thank you for your understanding!
